At PrepOra, we take care to prepare, inspect, and package every order before it is dispatched. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable, convenient kitchen products, including our Mini Electric Food Chopper.

### 1\. No Returns
PrepOra generally does not accept returns or exchanges for products once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Products cannot be returned simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product, or has selected the incorrect item.
